中职班主任在中等职业教育中扮演着重要角色,他们不仅需要管理好班级的纪律,还需要教给学生必备的职业技能。但因为中职学生的心理特质、行为习惯等原因,导致中职班主任管理工作困难重重。本文凭借管理班级的成功经验,提出建设幸福班级的概念,建议中职班主任可从五个方面着手提高班级工作的幸福感,从而改变学生的思想行为习惯,专注自我的发展。
Secondary vocational school teachers play an important role in secondary vocational education, they not only need to manage the class discipline, but also need to teach students the necessary vocational skills. However, due to the psychological characteristics of secondary vocational students, behavioral habits and other reasons, leading to the class teacher in charge of management difficulties. Based on the successful experience of management class, this paper proposes the concept of building a happy class. It is suggested that the teacher of a vocational class can improve the happiness of class work from five aspects, so as to change the students’ ideological and behavioral habits and focus on the development of self.
