借助科技发展服务业已经成为促进现代经济发展的一股重要力量,在各国的发展战略中占据着举足轻重的地位。我国的科技服务业仍处于初级阶段。通过加速科技服务业的产业化来缩小同发达国家的距离、提高综合国力、全面提升国家科技水平。基于分析科技服务产业化的性质、内涵及作用机制,来研究其对提升国家科技水平的重要作用以及探索科技服务产业化的发展方向,最后提出了相应的对策与建议。 The development of service industries by means of science and technology has become an important force in promoting the development of the modern economy and occupies a pivotal position in the development strategies of various countries.
