在我国,培养秘书人才主要是通过各类大中专院校,分本科、高职、中职三个层次,以高职为主体,培养标准大多参照《秘书国家职业标准》。考察秘书人才的需求市场——企业,我们可以看到,企业施行的秘书标准与前者并不完全一致。高职教育需要考虑如何借鉴不同的秘书标准,培养适应社会需要的秘书人才这样一个问题。
In our country, the cultivation of secretarial talent is mainly through various levels of colleges and universities, sub-bachelor, vocational, vocational three levels, with higher vocational as the mainstay, most of the training standards with reference to “secretary of the national occupation standards.” Looking at the needs of the secretary talent market - enterprises, we can see that the standards of the Secretary of the implementation of the enterprise and the former is not exactly the same. Higher vocational education needs to consider how to draw on different secretary standards and to cultivate a secretary talent that meets the needs of society.
