军营是所大学校。今天,这所大学校又迎来一批特殊的新生:13万大学生。征兵新政带来的大学毕业生参军热潮,折射的不仅是部队吸纳人才的政策制度和战略规划,还是当代大学生关于人生规划和择业战略的转型。一边是军队现代化建设,一边是地方各个专业打造出来的人才,处在这样一个时代,部队和地方大学生比任何时候都愈加欣赏和珍爱对方。显然,大批青年大学生入伍当兵,不管是对于整个军队建设,还是对于大学生,都属于挑战和机遇并存的现实命题。对于大学生来说,怎样才能更快适应军队的职业规范和行为规则?怎样才能正确感知并把握我军履行新使命的时代脉动,找到自己与军队建设需求的最佳契合点?
Barracks are all colleges. Today, this university welcomes a group of special freshmen: 130,000 college students. The recruitment of troops brought about by the New Deal of college graduates boom, reflecting not only the military personnel to absorb the talent policy and strategic planning, or contemporary college students on the life planning and career restructuring strategy. On the one hand, it is the army’s modernization while on the one hand it is created by local specialties. In such an era, army and local college students appreciate and cherish each other more than ever. Obviously, a large number of young college students participating in military service, no matter for the entire army building or for college students, are both real challenges of coexisting with opportunities. How can we adapt ourselves to the military’s professional norms and codes of conduct more quickly for college students? How can we correctly perceive and grasp the pulse of the times when our military is carrying out its new mission and find the best match between ourselves and the army’s construction needs?
