Survival and Development of Contemporary Hospitals - Improving Service Level is the Key to Hospital Survival and Access to Competitive Advantage. Service profit chain theory to the business objectives and customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and the quality of the internal service companies linked to advocate by improving the quality of internal services, to find a fundamental hospital service marketing solutions.
