一基本情况與主要收穫中華人民共和國建國三年以來,由於國家經濟狀况的逐步好轉,人民生活的逐步改善,工農群众在政治和經濟方面翻了身,就進一步要求文化翻身。工農業餘教育,在毛主席教育思想的指导下,在共产党和人民政府的正確领導以及各有關團體的協力推行下,已成為一個很广泛的群众运動。 (一)發展的数字在工人方面,據一九五二年九月份不完全的統計,全國已有三、○二○、二九九人参加丁業餘文化學習,比一九五一年九月的一、七一八、二四六人增加了一百三十多萬人,此一九无○年九月第一次全國工農教育会議的時候七六四、一九九人增加了二百二十多萬人,比一九四九年的二十二萬人增加了二百八十多萬人。
