针对固定地点的有线视频监控系统监控点不能移动、视频数据量大和所占据的网络带宽较高等问题,在以S3C6410为处理器的嵌入式平台上,以WiFi为传输网络,构建了一套可移动的无线视频监控系统。该系统采用H.264视频压缩标准,结合运动估计算法减少帧间时间冗余,通过4×4块的整数变换降低图像信号空间的相关性来提高视频编码压缩效率,减少数据量。经实际运行表明:该系统工作稳定,监控图像清晰。
Aiming at the fixed point of the cable video surveillance system can not move the monitoring point, a large amount of video data and the network bandwidth occupied by high and so on, in S3C6410 processor embedded platform to WiFi as the transport network to build a mobile Wireless video surveillance system. The system uses H.264 video compression standard, combined with motion estimation algorithm to reduce the inter-frame time redundancy, through the 4 × 4 block integer transform to reduce the correlation of the image signal space to improve the video encoding compression efficiency and reduce the amount of data. The actual operation shows that: the system is stable, monitoring images clear.
