随着近代科学技术的发展,细丝、薄带金属和合金材料的应用日益广泛,尤其在国防工业上更占有重要的地位。为了确定它们的力学性能,就需要相应的测试设备。拉伸时的强度和塑性指标是最基本的性能。在测试这些指标时,对于细丝和薄带材的拉伸试验设备提出了两点主要要求:1.试验机的最大负荷要很少。例如抗张强度σ_b=160公斤/平方毫米,直径为0.2毫米的 H42×6T 丝,其最大负荷约为5公斤。2.测定屈伏强度σ_(0.2)时,所用的引伸仪要求重量小而不影响测试数据。
