国内外大型塔类设楞仍然采用卧态水压试验的方法进行强度试验。对于大直径薄壁塔类设楞现场进行卧态水压试验时,将会遇到地基沉陷、塔设楞整体稳定、塔什局部稳定、支承系统稳定等一系列稳态问题。本文通过一直径为6400mm、长45m的薄壁减压塔卧态水压试验的具体实践,介绍了解决稳定性问题的理论依据和计算分析,力求避免现场工程实践中的粗估盲断。
Domestic and foreign large-scale towers are still using the method of horizontal hydrostatic test strength test. For the horizontal hydrostatic test on large-diameter thin-wall towers, a series of steady-state problems such as foundation subsidence, tower stability, Taash partial stability, and support system stability will be encountered. This article through a concrete thin-walled vacuum tower diameter of 6400mm, 45m long horizontal hydrostatic test of the specific practice, introduced the theoretical basis to solve the stability problem and calculation analysis, and strive to avoid the blindness of the rough estimate in the field engineering practice.
