目的 研究spinophilin与癫痫发病的关系。方法 采用侧脑室注射L 谷氨酸钠 6 μl (5 0mg/ml)制作大鼠癫痫模型 ,动物存活 2小时。然后用免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠海马内spinophilin表达的变化。结果 实验组大鼠海马CA1及CA3区阳性反应产物较对照组明显增多。结论 提示spinophilin可能参与了癫痫的发生 ,但是其机理尚需要进一步探索
Objective To study the relationship between spinophilin and epilepsy. Methods The rat model of epilepsy was induced by intracerebroventricular injection of L-glutamate 6 μl (50 mg / ml). The animals survived for 2 hours. The changes of the expression of spinophilin in the hippocampus of rats were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive reaction products of hippocampal CA1 and CA3 in the experimental group were significantly increased compared with the control group. Conclusions suggest that spinophilin may be involved in the occurrence of epilepsy, but its mechanism needs further exploration
