本文介绍新型弹性材料Cu-20Ni-20Mn合金的高温性能,并试图通过显微组织来解释合金具有高温性能的原因.试验结果表明,合金经450℃时效后,在300℃下抗拉强度(σ_b),屈服强度(σ_(0.2))和弹性模量(E)都高于铍青铜的常温性能.高温接插件的试验结果表明,在200℃下工作的接插件性能优于铍青铜。该合金之所以能在较高温度下工作,是因为合金具有较好的高温组织稳定性等因素所致. This paper introduces the high-temperature properties of the new elastic Cu-20Ni-20Mn alloy and attempts to explain the reasons for the high-temperature properties of the alloy by microstructure.The results show that the tensile strength at 300 ℃ ), Yield strength (σ_ (0.2)) and elastic modulus (E) are all higher than the room temperature properties of beryllium bronze.The test results of the high temperature connector show that the performance of the connector working at 200 ℃ is better than the beryllium bronze. The reason why the alloy can work at higher temperatures, because the alloy has good high temperature stability of the organization and other factors.
