近年来,职业中学的入学门槛逐渐降低,导致职业中学学生生源质量逐年下降,随之出现的一系列课堂问题行为一直困扰着职业中学的教师,严重影响到课堂的教学质量。分析课堂问题行为的表现主要有攻击型和退缩型两种类型。究其原因,有学生的原因、教师的原因、家庭的原因以及社会关注职教不够等。因此我认为加强职业中学学生课堂问题行为的教育对策主要包括:认真监控、及时恰当的处理、培养自管能力、注重心理教育、加强职中学生的就业教育等。
In recent years, the entry barriers to vocational schools have been gradually reduced, leading to a year-by-year decline in the quality of students in vocational secondary schools. A series of classroom problems that have followed have plagued teachers in vocational schools and seriously affected the quality of teaching in the classroom. Analysis of the behavior of the classroom question the performance of the main attack and retreat two types.
