我国炼油产能已经开始步入较为严重的过剩时期,国内成品油零售市场将进入一个资源较为宽松、相对过剩的所谓的买方市场。在此背景下,中国石油下属的销售企业及其终端加油站如何强化规范化管理,提高油品营销与管理水平,保证炼厂的后路畅通,紧密联系终端市场,最终形成较强的竞争力,这是当前面临的一项紧迫而重要的工作。
