目的探讨丝裂霉素(MMC)预防鼻泪管探通术后瘢痕形成的有效应用浓度。方法将36只兔随机分为A、B、C三组各12只,分别采用0.50%、0.10%、0.02%浓度MMC注入泪囊,于注射后14d、30d、3个月进行局部病理组织学观察。结果B、C组局部病理改变显著优于A组(均P<0.05),B组优于C组,但两组差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论0.10%MMC可有效抑制瘢痕形成,提高鼻泪管探通术成功率。
Objective To investigate the effective concentration of mitomycin (MMC) in prevention of scar formation after exploration of nasolacrimal duct. Methods Thirty - six rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (A, B and C). Twelve rabbits were injected with 0.50% MMC, 0.10% MMC and 0.02% MMC respectively. Local histopathology was performed at 14d, 30d and 3 months after injection Observed. Results The pathological changes in groups B and C were significantly better than those in group A (all P <0.05), while those in group B were superior to those in group C (P> 0.05). Conclusion 0.10% MMC can effectively inhibit the formation of scar and improve the success rate of nasolacrimal duct exploration.
