针对某产品装配使用的工装项目较多、装配手段相对落后的现状,根据集成化要求提出了摇臂升降总体结构方案。通过运动仿真验证了空间尺寸与装配顺序的可行性,为装置的快速开发奠定了基础。然后进行了工程图样设计,主要介绍了总体与关键部件的结构与原理,给出了立柱的刚度分析、吸具的安全系数等数据。样机考核结果表明:设计方案合理,具有较大的技术进步。
Aiming at the situation that a large number of tooling items are used in assembly of a certain product and the means of assembly are relatively backward, an overall structure scheme of rocker arm lifter is proposed according to the requirement of integration. The feasibility of space dimension and assembly sequence is verified by the motion simulation, which lays the foundation for the rapid development of the device. Then, the design of the engineering drawing is carried out. The structure and principle of the whole and key components are mainly introduced. The stiffness analysis of the column and the safety factor of suction are given. The prototype test results show that: the design is reasonable, with greater technological progress.
