目的建立自主活动实时测试分析处理系统,并用此系统检测安神中药复方开心散对小鼠自主活动的影响。方法将计算机、信息和图像分析技术集成用于动物自主活动测试实验中,在线分析获取大鼠、小鼠自主活动的信息资源,采用模式识别、数据挖掘等技术对信息资源进行科学组合和深层次开发,提取包括运动距离、运动时间、运动速度、静息时间及各种比值以及运动轨迹等快速灵敏、规范客观的评价指标;利用正常小鼠、安定和咖啡因造模的小鼠、开心散中药复方,对系统的稳定可靠性进行实验研究。结果该系统用于评价动物自主活动的指标客观灵敏,所获数据与原人工检测方法所获结果具有高度相关性,r>0.9;该系统有很好的重现性和稳定性。结论自主活动实时测试分析处理系统集各种信号监测、采集、自动判别、贮存、结果分析、统计处理和输出一体化,为安神药物的实验研究提供了一套自动化程度高、提取信息量大、可供推广应用的自主活动实时测试分析处理系统。
Objective To establish a real-time testing and analysis system for autonomous activities, and to use this system to detect the effects of sedative Chinese medicine Fufang Sanqi Powder on the autonomic activities of mice. Methods The computer, information and image analysis techniques were integrated into animal autonomic activity test experiments. The information resources of rat and mouse autonomous activities were acquired online, and the scientific combination and in-depth use of pattern recognition, data mining and other techniques were used for information resources. Results The system was used to evaluate the indicators of animal autonomic activity objectively and sensitively. The obtained data was highly correlated with the results obtained by the original manual detection method, r>0.9. The system had good reproducibility and stability. Conclusion The real-time testing, analysis and processing system for autonomous activities integrates various signal monitoring, acquisition, automatic identification, storage, results analysis, statistical processing and output integration, providing a high degree of automation and large amount of information extraction for experimental research of Anshen drugs.
