本文论证了871型气动刮水器存在的质量问题主要是结构设计不合理。在对它的配气机构进行分析之后,提出了改进方案,并对配气机构的几个工作参数进行了设计计算。通过对改进后的样品进行的气密性、寿命、振动试验结果证实,改进效果是显著的,寿命为原结构的2.9倍以上。
This article demonstrates that the quality problems of 871 type pneumatic wiper are mainly due to the unreasonable structural design. After analyzing its gas distribution mechanism, an improvement plan is proposed, and several working parameters of the gas distribution mechanism are designed and calculated. The airtightness, life expectancy and vibration test result of the improved sample prove that the improvement effect is remarkable, and the service life is more than 2.9 times that of the original structure.
