针对40Cr Ni Mo A钢锻件的晶粒度不合格问题进行冶金机理分析,并根据分析结果进行工艺改进试验,采用改进后的预备热处理参数,在不降低锻件交付状态时的硬度的前提下,达到了细化40Cr Ni Mo A钢锻件预备热处理交货状态下的晶粒度级别的目的。
Based on the metallurgical mechanism analysis of the grain size failure of 40Cr Ni Mo A steel forgings and the process improvement test based on the analysis results, the improved pre-heat treatment parameters are adopted without reducing the hardness of the forgings when they are delivered. A refinement 40Cr Ni Mo A steel forgings ready for heat treatment delivery status of the grain size level purposes.
