劳动合同期限在一年以内的职工,我们可以称之为短期合同工。目前,企业使用的短期合同工逐年增加。虽然有的省、市制定了一些短期合同工的社会保障暂行管理办法,但可操作性不强,国家也没有出台相关的政策。大多数短期合同工无法进入社会保障体系,近年来因工伤、医疗、养老等问题引发的劳动争议越来越多。因此,尽快制定相关社会保障政策,保障短期合同工的合法权益,是我国社会保障体系完善、发展过程中
Employees who have a labor contract within a period of one year can be called short-term contract workers. At present, short-term contract workers used by enterprises have been increasing year by year. Although some provinces and municipalities have formulated temporary social security administrative measures for some short-term contract workers, the operability is not strong and the state has not promulgated any relevant policies. Most of the short-term contract workers can not enter the social security system. In recent years, there have been more and more labor disputes caused by such issues as work-related injuries, medical treatment and pension. Therefore, to formulate relevant social security policies as soon as possible to protect the legitimate rights and interests of short-term contract workers is the process of improving and developing our social security system
