采用有限元软件ANSYS对150 t台车退火炉主传动十字轴式万向联轴器作为整体进行分析,确定了应力分布状况、危险部位及其产生的原因,对影响十字轴强度的尺寸进行了改进,对改进前后应力分布情况进行了对比,并将理论值与现场实测值进行比较,验证有限元的合理性和准确性。分析结果为台车退火炉主传动系统的设计使用及维护提供了较为准确的理论分析基础,对同类矫直机主传动系统的力能参数计算、工艺参数设计等方面具有很好的参考价值。
The finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the main transmission cross shaft universal coupling of 150 t trolley annealing furnace as a whole. The stress distribution, dangerous parts and their causes were confirmed. The dimensions affecting the cross shaft strength were determined The comparison of the stress distribution before and after the improvement is made. The theoretical value is compared with the measured data to verify the rationality and accuracy of the finite element method. The analysis results provide a more accurate theoretical basis for the design and maintenance of the main drive system of the trolley annealing furnace and have good reference value for the calculation of the power energy parameters and the process parameters of the main drive system of the similar straightening machine.
