2006年上半年上海市快速路运行状况较2005年上半年有所好转，中环的开通对于整个快速路系统有很大的影响。本文主要针对2006年上半年上海市快速路运行状况进行分析研究，另外提出评价一条道路交通运行状况，不能仅仅参考流量这个指标，要综合考虑速度、流量、饱和度。
