目的了解苏州市牙科手机清洗质量,分析影响清洗效果的相关因素。方法采用等比例系统抽样法对该市医疗机构进行横断面调查,采用调查表对手机清洗场所、清洗方式等环节和流程进行调查,ATP生物荧光检测法检测手机的清洗质量。结果在全市10个行政区范围内共抽检医疗机构72所,其中公立医疗口腔诊疗机构25所,民营单位47所。使用全自动手机清洗机进行清洗的效果好于传统手工清洗(不合格率分别为3.95%vs11.96%),知识掌握不足的清洗人员清洗不合格率高于知识掌握好的清洗人员(14.88%vs 3.57%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。清洗不合格率:不同清洗地点为5.00%~11.23%,清洗设备不足和充足时分别为11.89%、7.29%,清洗人员不固定和固定分别为12.16%、9.83%,但差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。手机清洗等待时间≤30 min、清洗过程中使用酶剂、终末漂洗使用纯化水可以改善手机清洗质量(均P<0.05);有无干燥过程和是否使用润滑油等因素比较,差异无统计学意义。结论使用全自动手机清洗机,清洗人员知识掌握充分,清洗等待时间≤30 min、清洗过程中使用酶剂、终末漂洗使用纯化水能提高牙科手机的清洗质量。
Objective To understand the quality of dental handpiece cleaning in Suzhou and to analyze the factors affecting the cleaning effect. Methods The method of equal proportion system sampling was used to carry out cross-sectional survey of the medical institutions in the city. The questionnaire was used to investigate the procedures and procedures of mobile phone cleaning sites and cleaning methods. The ATP bioluminescence detection method was used to test the cleaning quality of mobile phones. Results A total of 72 medical institutions were sampled in the 10 administrative districts of the city, including 25 public medical dental clinics and 47 private-owned units. The use of fully automatic mobile phone washing machine cleaning effect is better than the traditional manual cleaning (failed rate were 3.95% vs11.96%), lack of knowledge of cleaning staff cleaning failure rate higher than the knowledge of a good cleaning staff (14.88% vs 3.57%), the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Cleaning failure rate: 5.00% ~ 11.23% for different cleaning sites, 11.89% and 7.29% respectively when cleaning facilities were insufficient and sufficient, 12.16% and 9.83% for cleaning staff, respectively, but the differences were not statistically significant (All P> 0.05). Mobile phone cleaning waiting time ≤ 30 min, the use of enzymes in the cleaning process, the final rinse using purified water can improve the quality of mobile phone cleaning (all P <0.05); with or without drying process and the use of lubricants and other factors, the difference was not statistically significance. Conclusion The use of fully automatic mobile phone washing machine, cleaning staff fully grasp the knowledge, cleaning waiting time ≤ 30 min, the use of enzyme cleaning agent, the final rinse with purified water can improve the quality of dental handpiece cleaning.
