随着化疗药物的使用,肿瘤耐药成为新挑战。基于微小RNA(microRNA)在表观遗传上对细胞各个信号通路的调控,microRNA在肿瘤耐药性的形成、发展及逆转肿瘤耐药性上的作用逐渐凸显。通过对肿瘤耐药性相关microRNA的研究,可以更好地了解肿瘤耐药性形成的分子机制,同时,逆转相关microRNA的表达水平可能成为改变细胞耐药性的新途径。因此,本文就近年来microRNA在肿瘤耐药性上的研究作一简单综述。
With the use of chemotherapy drugs, tumor resistance becomes a new challenge. Based on the epigenetic regulation of cell signaling pathways by microRNAs, the role of microRNAs in the formation, development, and reversal of drug resistance of tumors is increasingly evident. By studying the tumor-associated microRNAs, we can better understand the molecular mechanisms of tumor drug resistance. At the same time, reversing the expression levels of related microRNAs may become a new way to change the drug resistance of tumors. Therefore, this article makes a brief review of recent studies on the resistance of microRNAs to tumors.
