目的:研发手机用药指导系统,以提高患者的用药依从性和安全性。方法:研制药学服务数据库、数据应用系统和短信收发设备建立手机用药服务系统(MPSS)。该系统将药物的用法、用量、注意事项及不良反应等信息以短信发送至患者手机进行用药指导和医患交流。100例于2007年8~10月出院后继续接受药物治疗的患者(男57例,女43例,中位年龄55岁)参加MPSS性能测试和评价工作。100例患者中,60例为血液病,24例为肾病,16例为皮肤病。结果:每名患者接受服务时间平均为12.06d,用药指导品种平均为3.52种。回访调查显示,患者对MPSS的总体评价良好,服务质量评分为92.3分。结论:手机用药指导系统具有便利、快捷、可靠和覆盖率高的优点,对提高患者用药依从性和安全性具有实用价值。
Objective: To develop mobile medication guidance system to improve patient compliance and safety of medication. Methods: To develop a pharmacy service database (MPSS) for pharmacy service database, data application system and SMS transceiver device. The system will be the use of drugs, dosage, precautions and adverse reactions and other information sent by SMS to patients with medication guidance and doctor-patient communication. One hundred patients (57 males and 43 females, median age 55 years) who continued to receive medication after discharge from August 2007 to October 2007 were enrolled in MPSS performance testing and evaluation. Of the 100 patients, 60 were hematological, 24 were renal, and 16 were skin. Results: The average service time per patient was 12.06 days, and the average number of medication guidance varieties was 3.52. A follow-up survey showed that patients had a good overall rating of MPSS with a service quality score of 92.3. Conclusion: The mobile medication guidance system has the advantages of convenience, quickness, reliability and coverage. It has practical value for improving compliance and safety of medication.
