7113701 癌胚抗原测定在鉴别良性和恶性胸水中的评价/刘继安…//中国肿瘤临床.-1986,13(4).-198～199 观察了恶性胸水组16例,其中肺癌13例、卵巢癌2例、乳腺癌1例:良性胸水组14例,其中结核性胸水13例、心衰漏出液1例。以放射免疫法(CEA药盒)测定,正常值为<15ng/ml。结果恶性组与良性组CEA均值分別为42.8±29.71和9.2±5.10ng/ml,P<0.001。作者指出此组结果符合文献报告,高于正常值胸水多为恶性,该组5例肺
7113701 Evaluation of carcinoembryonic antigen in the evaluation of benign and malignant pleural effusion / Liu Ji’an...// Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology.-1986,13(4).-198～199 16 cases of malignant pleural effusion were observed, including 13 cases of lung cancer and ovarian cancer. In 2 cases and 1 case of breast cancer, there were 14 cases of benign pleural effusion, including 13 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion and 1 case of leakage of heart failure. As measured by radioimmunoassay (CEA kit), the normal value was <15 ng/ml. Results The mean values of CEA in malignant and benign groups were 42.8±29.71 and 9.2±5.10 ng/ml, respectively, P<0.001. The authors pointed out that the results of this group were in line with the literature reports. The pleural effusion above the normal level was mostly malignant. The group had 5 patients with lung disease.
