增权视角下留守儿童的社会工作介入研究——以G村“七色光”学堂为例

留守儿童问题由来已久,其产生的后果已逐渐引起社会和政府的重视。本文以G村“七色光”学堂为例,从增权视角出发,并运用社会工作的理念和方法介入留守儿童服务,分别从增权的个体层面、人际关系层面和社会参与层次以及增权的外力推动模式与个体主动模式为留守儿童提供专业、适当的服务,发掘并增强留守儿童的抗逆力,协助留守儿童解决自身存在的问题,从而能健康成长。 The problem of left-behind children has a long history and its consequences have gradually drawn the attention of the community and the government. Taking G village “seven-color light ” school as an example, from the perspective of empowerment, and using the concept and method of social work to intervene in the service for left-behind children, this article from the individual level, interpersonal level and social participation level of empowerment, The right to external force and individual initiative provide professional and appropriate services to left-behind children, discover and enhance the resilience of left-behind children, help left-behind children solve their own problems and grow healthily.
