目的:探讨细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM1,CD54)在喉癌间质淋巴细胞中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法测定5例正常人喉组织、30例喉癌癌旁不典型增生组织和78例喉癌组织标本中ICAM1的表达。ICAM1主要定位于核膜,表达强度按阳性细胞数计算。结果:ICAM1主要表达于喉癌间质淋巴细胞核膜上,在正常人喉上皮、癌旁不典型增生及喉癌细胞中无表达。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期喉癌组织中淋巴细胞ICAM1的表达明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期(P<0.05);伴颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织淋巴细胞ICAM1表达明显低于无颈淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。ICAM1高表达病例3、5年生存率明显高于ICAM1低表达者(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌组织中淋巴细胞ICAM1表达与喉癌的发展、转移及预后有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM1, CD54) in interstitial lymphocytes of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to determine the expression of ICAM1 in 5 cases of normal human laryngeal tissue, 30 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplastic tissue of laryngeal carcinoma and 78 cases of laryngeal carcinoma. ICAM1 mainly located in the nuclear membrane, the expression intensity according to the number of positive cells. Results: ICAM1 was mainly expressed on the nuclear membrane of interstitial lymphocytes of laryngeal carcinoma, which was not expressed in normal human laryngeal epithelium, adjacent dysplasia and laryngeal carcinoma. The expression of ICAM1 in stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P <0.05). The expression of ICAM1 in lymphocytes with laryngeal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that without lymph node metastasis ). The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of patients with high ICAM1 expression were significantly higher than those with low ICAM1 expression (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of ICAM1 in lymphocytes in laryngeal carcinoma is related to the development, metastasis and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
