目的：分析优质护理服务在冠心病患者中的实施效果。方法选取我院2011年1月~2013年12月收治的冠心病患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施优质护理服务，比较护理后两组患者心理状况、生存质量及护理满意度。结果实施护理后观察组患者抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分均明显低于对照组，患者生存质量各项评分明显高于对照组，患者护理满意度达到96.67%（58/60)明显高于对照组81.67%（49/60），差异均具有统计学意义（均<0.05）。结论冠心病患者护理中实施优质护理服务可有效改善患者心理状况及生存质量，临床推广应用价值显著。“,”Objective To analyze the ef ect of implementation of quality nursing care in patients with coronary heart disease.
