我国正在加快创新型国家建设脚步,近年来,我国基础研究蓬勃发展,地方基础研究也取得了突出成绩。根据《自然》杂志发布的自然指数评估,选取了部分有代表性的省市,统计了其基础研究发展情况,分析了基础研究发展的相关政策措施。从各具特色的发展现状中,总结出了部分适合我国地区基础研究发展的经验。 Our country is accelerating the pace of building an innovative nation. In recent years, China has made vigorous efforts in basic research and outstanding achievements have been made in basic local research. According to the natural index assessment published by Nature magazine, some representative provinces and municipalities were selected, their basic research and development were analyzed, and relevant policies and measures for the development of basic research were analyzed.
