利用挪威DNV公司的SAFETI及LEAK风险定量分析软件对某石化乙烯卧式储罐罐体及其附件的泄漏频率和可能导致的风险进行事故后果模拟及定量评估。通过对储罐气相泄漏、储罐破裂、储罐到泵入口管线泄漏、泵及出口管线泄漏四个事故情景的模拟结果进行分析评价,得出泄漏扩散、着火热辐射和爆炸冲击波等事故形态对厂区人员及设备的影响,并据此来确定乙烯储罐罐区的死亡事故风险和财产损失风险。
Using DNV’s SAFETI and LEAK risk quantitative analysis software from Norway DNV to simulate and quantitatively evaluate the accidental consequences of leakage frequency and potential risks of a petrochemical ethylene horizontal tank and its accessories. The simulation results of four accident scenarios including gas phase leakage of tank, cracked storage tank, leakage of storage tank to pump inlet pipeline, leakage of pump and outlet pipeline were analyzed and evaluated. Accidental forms such as leakage diffusion, thermal radiation and blast shock wave were obtained Plant personnel and equipment, and accordingly determine the risk of death and risk of property loss in the ethylene tank farm.
