[目的]分析精神分裂症治疗前后血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)浓度与认知功能的变化及其相关性.[方法]选择2014年12月至2016年12月于本院门诊接受治疗的精神分裂症患者60例作为研究对象,记录其姓名、年龄、性别、发病的年龄、发作频率等基本情况,并采集患者治疗前、后的血浆,离心后采用ELISA酶联免疫吸附法检测BDNF的表达水平;同时对患者治疗前、后进行认知功能评价并分析其与 BDNF的相关性.[结果]治疗后精神分裂症患者BDNF血清浓度明显高于治疗前(t=4.298,P<0.05);神经心理测验方法(WCST)各项指标较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),个人和社会生活功能量表(PSP)量表评估显示损害较治疗前减轻(P<0.05).WCST指标与BDNF浓度呈正相关,其余各指标间均未发现有相关性.[结论]精神分裂症患者治疗后血清BDNF浓度明显提升,其与认知功能呈正相关,治疗可以提升BDNF血清浓度进而改善精神分裂症的认知功能异常.“,”[Objective]To analyze the changes of serum BDNF concentration and cognitive function before and after treatment of schizophrenia and its correlation.[Methods]From December 2014 to December 2016,60 patients with schiz-ophrenia treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,and their basic information such as their names,a-ges,sex,age of onset and frequency of seizures were recorded and collected The plasma of patients before and after treat-ment was studied.The expression of BDNF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)after centrifu-gation.At the same time,the cognitive function of patients before and after treatment was evaluated and analyzed.[Re-sults]Serum BDNF levels of schizophrenia patients were significantly higher than those before treatment(t= 4.298,P <0.05).The WCST index of schizophrenic patients was improved after treatment(P <0.05).The evaluation of personal and social life function scale(PSP)showed that the damage was alleviated(P <0.05)compared with that before treat-ment.There was a positive correlation between WCST index and BDNF concentration,but no correlation was found a-mong other indexes.[Conclusion] The serum BDNF levels of patients with schizophrenia are significantly increased after treatment,which is positively correlated with cognitive function.The treatment can improve BDNF serum concentration and improve the cognitive dysfunction of schizophrenia.
