教师专业化是当代教育发展的要求和必然趋势,是实施科教兴国的现实需要,也是教师改善自身地位和工作条件的必需策略。但是,考察我国中小学师资队伍的现状,我们不能不客观地指出:与国际师资队伍现状相比,我国中小学师资队伍的专业化程度明显偏低,而且这已经成为影响当代中国教育质量进一步提升的消极因素。因此,本文致力于深入剖析影响中小学教师专业化的诸多因素,并尝试提出促进中小学教师专业化水平提升的针对性措施。
Teacher specialization is the requirement and inevitable trend of the development of contemporary education. It is a practical need for the implementation of science and education to rejuvenate the country. It is also a necessary strategy for teachers to improve their status and working conditions. However, looking at the status quo of teachers in primary and secondary schools in China, we cannot objectively point out that compared with the status quo of international teaching staff, the professionalization level of teachers in primary and secondary schools in China is obviously low, and this has already become a further impact on the quality of education in contemporary China. Negative factors. Therefore, this article is devoted to an in-depth analysis of many factors that affect the professionalization of teachers in primary and secondary schools, and attempts to propose targeted measures to promote the professionalization of teachers in primary and secondary schools.
