1.静脉用大蒜注射剂原料:优质去皮大蒜5克靜注用生理鹽水加到100毫升制法: 1.采用無菌操作法,一切用具均须事先消毒。2.操作前,在無菌操作室內打开紫外线灯約15—20分鐘,行室內灭菌(所用物品全放入室内)。地面用2%石炭酸消毒。3.操作者在外室,穿上無菌工作服,各方面都合乎無菌术要求后,入室,打开所用物品,进行操作。4.把称重后的大蒜,用軟皂水輕轻洗淨,用自来水冲洗,然后,再用注射用水洗淨,浸入70%乙醇內,約2—3分鐘,作表面消毒(这一部可以预先作好,最好与紫外线消毒时間配合好)。
