在企业新旧文化的冲突与交融中,只有勇于革新旧文化的企业,才能使企业的文化意识形态全面提升,以适应新的经济环境,获得更强的生命力。企业文化是推进企业成功的动力,它包括企业成员的价值观、态度、信仰、行为和实践,是企业大部分员工所共享的愿景、价值观等企业本质特征的总和。企业文化既有对内的导向、凝聚和规范作用,更重要的是还具有提高企业的经营业绩,铸造品牌信仰的作用。
In the conflict and blend of the old and the new culture in the enterprise, only those enterprises that have the courage to reform the old culture can make their cultural ideology improve in an all-round way so as to adapt to the new economic environment and gain more vitality. Corporate culture is the driving force behind the success of a business. It includes the values, attitudes, beliefs, behaviors and practices of its members. It is the sum of the essential features of the enterprise, such as the vision and values shared by most employees. Corporate culture has both internal guidance, cohesion and normative role, more importantly, also has to improve business performance, casting the role of brand beliefs.
