当前地质勘探单位人才队伍的现状,是普通技术人员和技能操作工人饱合,而经营管理人才、高级技术人才以及高级技师缺乏,出现人才断档现象。这些问题制约着地勘单位的发展,为解决这些问题,应树立科学人才发展观,优化员工队伍结构,改进地勘单位收入分配制度,拓宽引人渠道,重视职工的教育培训工作,加大力度培养实用型人才。
