目的:研究分析乳腺检查中两种DR曝光模式的应用效果。方法:选取在笔者进修医院接受体检者150例,采用两种DR曝光模式STD模式以及DOSE模式来对同一患者的两侧乳腺的CC位以及MLO位进行曝光,对比两组的射线剂量,评价它们的成像质量。结果:试验组乳腺的CC位射线剂量AGD为(1.1487±0.0184)m Gy,要高于对照组乳腺,它们之间的差别在统计学上有着一定的意义(P<0.05)。试验组乳腺的MLO位射线剂量AGD为(1.1487±0.0184)m Gy高于对照组,它们之间的差别在统计学上有着一定的意义(P<0.05)。两组乳腺的CC位和MLO位成像质量相比较,它们间的区别没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论:在乳腺检查中,进行乳腺铂靶的一般体检患者可以选择使用放射剂量比较少的DOSE剂量模式,能够有效地减少放射量,并且能保证成像质量,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the effect of two DR exposure modes in breast examination. Methods: One hundred and fifty patients who underwent physical examinations in our hospital were selected. Two types of DR exposure modes, STD mode and DOSE mode, were used to expose the CC and MLO of the two sides of the same patient. The radiation doses of the two groups were compared and evaluated The image quality. Results: The dose of AGD of CC in the experimental group was (1.1487 ± 0.0184) m Gy, which was higher than that in the control group. The difference between them was statistically significant (P <0.05). The dose of MLO in the experimental group was (1.1487 ± 0.0184) m Gy higher than that in the control group, and the difference between them was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between CC and MLO images in the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: In the breast examination, the general examination of patients with breast platinum target can choose to use the DOSE dose pattern with relatively low radiation dose, which can effectively reduce the radiation dose and ensure the imaging quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
