LY12CZ 高强铝合金焊接接头应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)性能的试验研究表明:随着极化电位的不同,LY12CZ 焊接接头的阳极溶解和阴极氢脆两种应力腐蚀开裂都可能发生。但是在一般开路状态下为阳极溶解型开裂。最后根据理论分析和试验结果,提出了接头的应力腐蚀沿着无溶质原子析出带产生和扩展的SCC模型。
Experimental study on the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) performance of LY12CZ high strength aluminum alloy welded joints shows that both anodic dissolution and cathodic hydrogen embrittlement cracking of LY12CZ welded joints may occur with different polarization potentials. But in the general open state for the anode dissolution cracking. Finally, based on theoretical analysis and experimental results, a SCC model of stress corrosion corrosion of joints along the precipitation zone of solute-free atoms was proposed.
