对 2 8例肾脏病用双倍剂量雷公藤多甙TII治疗 6～ 9月 ;观测治疗前 ,后观测血、尿常规、2 4h尿蛋白定量、肝肾功能以及毒副作用等。结果表明 ,其中 19例缓解 ,6例改善 ,3例无效 ,总有效率 89 3 %。毒副作用 :胃肠道反应 8例 ,SPGT增高 >10 0U/L者 2例 ,白细胞减少 4例 ,月经异常 9例。该剂量治疗肾脏病控制蛋白尿的疗效确切 ,但毒副作用较多 ,一旦出现应及时停药或减量 ,并辅以中药配合治疗。
28 cases of nephropathy with double dose of tripterygium glycosides TII treatment of 6 to 9 months; observed before and after treatment, blood, urine routine, 24h urinary protein, liver and kidney function and side effects.
