目前我国空空导弹发射装置与飞机接口的通用性很差，这种＂一弹多架＂现象对战备极为不利，并造成人力、物力的极大浪费。实现接口通用化有改变飞机接口和发射装置接口两种方法，但涉及的问题多、难度大，故不宜采取这种＂一步到位＂的做法。建议走分三步实施的途径：①压缩和合并已装机使用的发射装置接口类型；②限制正在研制尚未定型列装的发射装置接口类型；③要求新研制的产品必须符合将发布的有关国军标的规定。
