一、对弹性教学理论的认识教学上的弹性理论是建立在适应学生个体差异的认识基础上的。这种理论至少可以从两方面作深入的研究。其一是在学习年限确定以后,对教学要求、教材内容作弹性处理。其二是在学习要求确定的条件下,对所需学习时间的速度作弹性处理。后者是本文讨论的中心问题。对弹性教学,美国学者早在十九世纪末,二十世纪初便进行了研究,属于学习速度方面的弹性研究有:马萨诸塞州坎
First, the understanding of flexible teaching theory Teaching flexibility theory is based on the understanding of individual differences in students to adapt to the foundation. This theory can be at least two aspects for in-depth study. One is that after the learning period is fixed, the teaching requirements and teaching materials are flexibly handled. The second is to make the required speed of learning time flexible under the conditions of learning requirements. The latter is the central issue discussed in this article. As for the flexible teaching, American scholars conducted research as far back as the late nineteenth century and the early twentieth century, and flexible studies pertaining to learning speed include:
