众所周知,机械零件的疲劳性能,在很大程度上取决于零件表面的状况。如表面的加工状态,物理化学特性,及表面残余应力等,均对零件的疲劳性能有影响。其中残余应力的影响日益受到重视。随着X射线应力分析技术的发展,使这方面的研究也得到了迅速地发展。我们对解放牌汽车的调质和感应淬火半轴进行了X射线应力分析,并配合台架试验,观察了疲劳过程中残余应力的变化特性,初步探讨了残余应力与疲劳强度的关系。试验结果如下。
As we all know, the fatigue performance of mechanical parts depends largely on the part surface condition. Such as the surface of the processing state, physical and chemical properties, and residual stress on the surface, all of the parts of the fatigue performance. The impact of residual stress is paid more and more attention. With the development of X-ray stress analysis technology, the research in this area has also been rapidly developed. X-ray stress analysis was carried out on the semi-shafts quenched and tempered by Jiefangpai Automobile Co., Ltd. and with the bench test. The variation characteristics of residual stress in fatigue process were observed. The relationship between residual stress and fatigue strength was discussed preliminarily. The test results are as follows.
