自1992年中共十四大提出发展社会主义市场经济到现今二十多年,我国已经基本上建立了市场经济体系,但总体市场化程度仍然有待提高。而在这样一个处于发展中尚未完全成熟的市场经济体制的大环境下,煤炭运销也应根据社会实际情况不断调整方向重新定位,以市场为导向,以效益为中心,转变自身的经营机制,提高企业竞争力,使其能在新形势下得到更好发展。本文将从社会主义市场经济下煤炭运销现状、存在的问题、运销体制、运销思路多个方面深入探讨在我国现有环境下的煤炭运销。
