对432名铅作业工人30余年观察结果,蓄电池厂采用卫生技术措施和先进生产工艺,使铅浓度由超标数百倍降至0.042mg/m3(铅烟)和0.085mg/m3(尘),接近国家卫生标准,从而使铅中毒检出率由高达28.3%降到无中毒发生。表明这些措施是根治铅危害的根本措施。证明GBJ-79卫生标准对蓄电池行业是适用可行的。为更符合我国经济状况和企业实际情况,建议采用“时间加权平均浓度”等其它方法,更可确切地反映有害作业场所的卫生状况。
For 432 lead workers over 30 years of observation, the battery factory adopted sanitary technology and advanced production technology to reduce the lead concentration by a factor of many hundred (0.042mg / m3) and 0.085mg / m3 (dust) , Close to the national health standards, so that the detection rate of lead poisoning dropped from as high as 28.3% to non-toxic. This shows that these measures are the fundamental measures to eradicate lead poisoning. Prove GBJ-79 health standards applicable to the battery industry is feasible. In order to be more in line with China’s economic conditions and the actual situation of enterprises, it is recommended to adopt “time-weighted average concentration” and other methods to more accurately reflect the health status of hazardous workplaces.
