In order to understand whether the hand-held surgical disinfection (brushing hand + hand disinfection) between the receiving stations was complete, experiments were designed to simulate normal clinical conditions. The experiment was based on the evaluation criteria of the disinfection procedure of the German Institute of Hygiene and Microbiology. The procedure for hand disinfection is as follows: First, brush hands with soap without antibacterial additives and then soak hands in 60% n-propionaldehyde solution for 5 minutes followed by 30 or 120 minutes of simulated surgery. Each surgery asked for a 30-minute interval. During the interim period, half of the experimental group was still wearing surgical gloves and the other half was taken off. The second disinfection of the hand, half of the subjects do not brush the hand, the other half of the subjects soak time reduced from 5 to 1 minute, the results of data and statistical analysis. Surgery interval is guaranteed
