１９９８ 年河南省 １０ 县市基层卫生服务调查是河南省首次进行的全面、系统的卫生服务调查研究。文章就此次调查所获资料中的农村家庭卫生服务部分进行了全面分析，内容涉及河南省农村居民家庭健康状况、门诊和住院卫生服务利用及其影响因素以及农村医疗费用等方面。分析表明：河南省农村居民的门诊和住院卫生服务利用均表现出近年来才具有的人群特征，诸多因素均对其产生影响；与 １９９３ 年全国卫生服务总调查结果相比，河南省农村居民的门诊卫生服务利用较高，村级医疗机构的门诊卫生服务利用明显高于乡镇级和县及县以上医疗机构，但住院卫生服务利用偏低。应特别重视加强农村合作医疗体系建设，减轻农民医药费用负担，防止因病致贫。
In 1998, surveys of primary health services in 10 counties and cities in Henan Province were the first comprehensive and systematic health service surveys in Henan Province. The article carried out a comprehensive analysis of rural household health services in the data obtained from the survey. The content involved the health status of rural residents in Henan Province, outpatient and inpatient health service utilization and influencing factors, and rural medical expenses. The analysis shows that the utilization of outpatient services and inpatient health services in rural residents in Henan Province has demonstrated the characteristics of the population that have existed in recent years, and many factors have affected it. Compared with the results of the 1993 National Health Service Survey, rural residents in Henan Province The utilization of outpatient health services is relatively high, and the utilization of outpatient health services by village-level medical institutions is significantly higher than that of township and county and above medical institutions, but the utilization of in-patient health services is low. Special emphasis should be placed on strengthening the construction of a rural cooperative medical system, reducing the burden on farmers’ medical expenses, and preventing poverty due to illness.
