用静脉和侧脑室注射神经降压素(Neurotensin,NT)与抗NT 血清的方法观察其对大鼠基础胃酸分泌的影响。结果表明:①静脉和侧脑室注射抗NT 血清对大鼠基础胃酸分泌均无明显影响(与注射前比较均为P>0.05)。提示:在正常情况下,生理剂量的NT 可能不参与基础胃酸分泌的调节。②静脉注射NT(80μg/kg)使大鼠基础胃酸分泌明显增加(P<0.05),在注射后20min 达最高峰,为注射前的3.13倍,并呈现明显的量效依赖关系。而侧脑室注射NT 则对大鼠基础胃酸分泌无明显影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,NT 增加大鼠基础胃酸分泌可能主要是通过外周途径起作用。
Intravenous and intracerebroventricular injections of Neurotensin (NT) and anti-NT serum were used to observe its effect on basal gastric acid secretion in rats. The results showed that:1Intravenous and lateral ventricle injection of anti-NT serum had no significant effect on basal gastric acid secretion in rats (P>0.05 compared with that before injection). Tip: Under normal circumstances, physiological doses of NT may not participate in the regulation of basal gastric acid secretion. 2Intravenous administration of NT (80μg/kg) increased the basal gastric acid secretion in rats (P<0.05), peaked at 20 min after injection, was 3.13-fold higher than that before injection, and showed a significant dose-effect dependence. The lateral ventricle injection of NT had no significant effect on basal gastric acid secretion in rats (P>0.05). The results suggest that NT increased basal gastric acid secretion in rats may be mainly through the peripheral pathway.
