电压稳定约束最优潮流(VSCOPF)作为最优潮流问题研究的一个专门研究方向,在优化系统运行时强调维持系统的电压稳定裕度,在一定程度上缓解了系统接近稳定极限运行的紧张局面。本文对近几年国内外关于电压稳定约束最优潮流问题的研究进行了比较全面的介绍,其算法的发展一方面依赖于最优潮流算法的发展,另一方面取决于电力系统运营机制的转变。随着电力市场理论与实践的不断完善,电压稳定约束最优潮流的研究将会把更多的重点用于解决电力市场下的电压安全成本及定价问题,以经济利益驱动市场参与者维持系统运行的电压稳定裕度。
As a special research direction of optimal power flow research, Voltage Stability Constrained Optimal Power Flow (VSCOPF) emphasizes on maintaining the voltage stability margin of the system while optimizing the operation of the system, to a certain extent, easing the tension of the system approaching the stable limit operation. In this paper, the domestic and international researches on voltage stability constrained optimal power flow are introduced in detail in this paper.
