根据非线性蛇簧联轴器毂齿定形理论,对其进行了几何实体建模。在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中建立了非线性蛇簧联轴器的有限元模型,对主动轴毂内圈刚体施加转速,从动轴毂内圈节点组施加负载转矩,实现了非线性蛇簧联轴器冲击数值仿真,得到其各部分应力分布云图和动态响应,并对结果进行了相应分析。分析得出冲击力作用下非线性蛇簧联轴器应力集中区,各部分冲击力值以及整体冲击力大小、振动强度、冲击时间与冲击转速和负载转矩之间的关系。
According to the theory of non-linear snake-spring coupling hub and spoke, geometric solid modeling is carried out. In ANSYS / LS-DYNA, the finite element model of the nonlinear snake-spring coupling was established. The rotating speed was applied to the rigid body of the driving hub and the load torque was applied to the inner ring node group of the driven hub. The nonlinear snake spring The numerical simulation of the coupling impact, the stress distribution and the dynamic response of each part are obtained, and the results are analyzed accordingly. The relationship between the stress concentration zone, the impact value of each part, the total impact force, the vibration intensity, the impact time, the impact speed and the load torque are obtained.
