肠聚集性大肠杆菌（ＥＡＥＣ）是近年来发现的一种新的致腹泻性大肠杆菌，有关其散发病例和暴发流行在发展中国家和发达国家均有报道。本文就ＥＡＥＣ腹泻的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断和治疗方面的进展作一综述。
Intestinal E. coli (EAEC) is a newly discovered diarrheogenic Escherichia coli that has been reported in recent years. Its cases of sporadic cases and outbreaks are reported in both developing and developed countries. This article reviews the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment of EAEC diarrhea.
