近年来,可控硅中频变频电源的掘起,使感应加热技术更加广泛地应用到各个工业领域。采用步进式的加热炉进行钢的圆柱件透热以完成相应的热加工(如锻造,轧制和挤压等)是中频感应加热的主要应用领域之一。目前,加热炉多为用户自行设计配制,可控硅电源对负载的适应能力又比较差,所以,较准确地进行感应器的设计计算就成为一个很突出的问题。现行之计算方法,据一些单位反映,误差较大,达20%左右。本文介绍一种修正后的计算方法,供兄弟单位参考使用,并祈得到修正和交流。
